Returns and Exchanges
After you receive your order you have 30 days to return or exchange any items that you don't want, aren't the right size, or let us know about some other issue. Outside of the 30 day window? We would still love to hear from you. Please contact us and tell us what's going on with your order.
To get started please contact us using and we will help you get the return or exchange process started.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable. Clothing must not have been worn or laundered.
No refunds will be given for:
- Gift Vouchers
- Downloadable products
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We sell clothing, we get it, sometimes things don't fit. We are happy to let you exchange for a different size or simply send it back for a refund. We simply ask that while the garment is in your possession please take care of it and send it back to us in the same condition you received it. If we receive your exchange and it is not in like-new condition we will not be able to offer you a refund. Here are some things that will prevent us from issuing you a refund:
- Odors - Don't smoke while trying on the clothing.
- Pet hair - Don't let fluffy sleep on it or wear it.
- Stains - Don't eat pasta and drink wine while trying on.
- Washed - If you already ate pasta, let fluffy wear it and then tried to wash it... We'll be able to tell.
If you have worn something and no longer like it for some reason we would love to hear your feedback on why you're no longer loving it. Please contact us and let us know what's going on.
If you want to exchange an item you purchased for a different size, color or just a different item entirely, we try to make the process as painless as possible.
Contact us to let us know what you're sending back and what you would like instead. You ship the product back to us and then we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please check your bank/credit card account again. Most delays are just the result of things moving slowly through the payment system. Next contact your bank to see if they can see anything that has not yet posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we'll look into it further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded but if you contact us and ask nicely we might let you exchange it for a different item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
